The Program "An Instrument for Every Child" (ILOP) is a support measure organized by the Estonian Union of Music Schools to finance the purchase of music instruments. "An Instrument for Every Child" was created within the framework of the Republic of Estonia 100 birthday, running from 2015 to 2018 and being one of the biggest projects (gifts) in the celebration of the Estonian centennial. The Estonian Union of Music Schools will continue with the program which proves to be necessary for the music education organizations and plans to organize one application round each year.
